The Platinum package was created for the bride and groom that would prefer complete assistance with their wedding from A to Z. The bride and groom can relax and have fun as we help guide, design, and direct each step of the process to ensure that the wedding day is one lavish celebration.

Planning & Coordination:

Venue Selection & Coordination

  • Provide customized list of venues within designated area and budget
  • Assist in negotiating, securing, and contracting venues
  • Provide final headcount to reception site

Vendor Selection & Coordination

  • Provide customized list of vendors within designated area, budget, style, and requirements
  • Provide list of vendor interview questions
  • Act as liaison between bride & groom and all vendors
  • Assistance with vendor selections, review of contracts, and suggestions to keep costs down
  • Review and track vendor deposits, payments, and final billing
  • Provide venue site rules and regulations to all vendors
  • Determine any special vendor and venue requirements and emergency procedures
  • Check availability and schedule vendor meetings for bride and groom
  • Assistance with music selection for ceremony and reception

  • Review BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by venue

Wedding Ceremony & Reception Coordination

  • Wedding Day Director (up to 12 hours)

  • Ensure signs directing guests at ceremony and reception are properly displayed and correct

  • Distribute and/or pin all floral pieces such as bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.
  • Set up and ensure proper placement of all wedding day items
  • Coordinate with officiant, musicians, readers, and soloists before ceremony
  • Assist ushers in greeting and escorting guests to appropriate areas of ceremony
  • Greet and instruct guests who arrive late

  • Coordinate collection and transportation of gifts, personal items, and rentals with hotel or designated person(s)
  • Review and approve bar tab and catering bill with bride and groom
