The Bronze package is for the couple who has organized their wedding. The bride and groom who have booked their venue, reserved their vendors, and are looking for a professional to ensure their one day is perfect.
Planning & Coordination:
- Complimentary initial consultation to define your event expectations and priorities
- 1 personalized planning and schedule meeting to draft your wedding day itinerary
- Review of all services contracted by bride & groom
- Maximum of 3 hours per meeting
- Unlimited personalized consultations via phone or email one month prior to wedding date
- Provide a wedding day emergency kit for the bride, groom, and bridal party
- Provide guidance and information on marriage license and name change
Vendor Coordination
- Act as liaison between bride & groom and all vendors one month prior to wedding date
- Provide a detailed itinerary of ceremony, reception, and contact list for all vendors
- Review BEO (Banquet Event Order) provided by venue
- Coordinate start times and cues with all vendors
- Coordinate all details and timing with photographer and videographer
- Provide detailed setup and strike instructions
- Provide final headcount to appropriate vendors or relevant parties
- Oversee all vendor commitments
- Contact all vendors one week prior to ensure contracted services
Wedding Rehearsal Coordination
- Orchestrate and direct wedding rehearsal
- Coordinate with bride and groom’s family for ceremony seating
- Provide a personalized detailed itinerary of rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and contact list for the bride & groom
- Provide a detailed itinerary of rehearsal, ceremony, reception, and contact list for all relevant parties
- Review the itinerary and responsibilities with bridal party and attendants
- Coordinate with bride and groom all personal and relevant items for ceremony & reception
- Collect all final balances and gratuities for vendors in a sealed envelope
Wedding Ceremony & Reception Coordination
- Wedding Day Director (up to 12 hours)
- One Day of Coordination Assistant
- Provide a checklist of items needed for the bride and groom for the wedding day
- Ensure signs directing guests at ceremony and reception are properly displayed and correct
- Greet and oversee vendor set-up, layout, and design at ceremony and reception
- Distribute and/or pin all floral pieces such as bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, etc.
- Set up and ensure proper placement of all wedding day items
- Coordinate with officiant, musicians, readers, and soloists before ceremony
- Assist ushers in greeting and escorting guests to appropriate areas of ceremony
- Greet and instruct guests who arrive late
- Line up wedding party for the processional and cue start of the ceremony
- Cue musicians at ceremony
- Ensure all tables and chairs are arranged properly according to layout
- Direct and escort guests to cocktail hour and reception area
- Assist guests with sign in and seating arrangements
- Line up wedding party, family members, and the bride and groom for grand entrance
- Coordinate and cue the bride and groom and all relevant parties for all dances and activities
- Coordinate and cue all vendors during the reception
- Supervise and coordinate with banquet manager and catering staff for meal services and special diets
- Coordinate collection and transportation of gifts, personal items, and rentals with hotel or designated person(s)
- Review and approve bar tab and catering bill with bride and groom
- Disburse final payments and gratuities to vendors
- Oversee room tear down and clean-up
* Please note that exact pricing will be dependent on services selected, guest count, number of locations, date, and set-up requirements. Additional assistant(s) may be required for larger weddings (150 plus guests) and multiple locations. Guidance begins one month prior to wedding date.
